This close working partnership with these leaders has enabled her to understand how leaders think, and thereby developing strategies and advise on business development and marketing solutions that support the objectives of these businesses.

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Korean, Iris leverages her cross-cultural skills to deliver effective business development and marketing strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.

Iris has played a key role in driving Asia regional client initiatives and shaping Greater China strategy, while leading Korean business teams alongside senior partners to strengthen the firm’s footprint. Known as a data-driven analyst, Iris leverages insights to optimize outcomes and works closely with senior leaders to align strategies with firm goals.
